Conditions:

The following conditions must be followed while filling the application form and participating in the examination: Minimum and maximum age of applicant as on 01/04/2024 shall be 18-30 years:, Children (Son/Daughter) of Freedom Fighters/Martyred Freedom Fighters and Candidates applying under Physically Handicapped Quota shall be 18 to 32 years of age and Freedom Fighters The age of son/daughter of freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter applicant should be between 18 to 30 years. Affidavit is not admissible for proof of age. Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply with permission from appropriate authorities. Employed candidates should tick box (1) while filling the application form subject to fulfillment of all conditions.

The existing rules and regulations of the government in the matter of recruitment and any subsequent amendments in the relevant rules will be followed. No TA/DA will be provided for participation in written and oral examination. For the posts of Computer Operator, Typist-cum-Computer Operator, Office Assistant-cum-Computer Typist candidates who have passed the written test will appear in the practical test and the candidates who have passed the practical test will appear in the oral test.  An animal can apply for 01 (one) post only. The decision of the appointing authority in any matter relating to recruitment shall be final. Verification of candidate eligibility At the time of oral examination 01 (one) atested photocopy of each of the following documents (Ceramic No. A to T) should be submitted along with the original copies.

Certificates of all educational qualifications of the candidate (including experience certificates where applicable) Citizenship certificate issued by the Chairman/Mayor/Councillor of the Union Parishad where the candidate is a permanent resident of the City Corporation/Union/Municipality/Ward. Certificate issued by appropriate authority in support of quota claim other than women quota. Character certificate issued by a gazetted officer of the first class. National Identity Card (NID). Copy of the application form filled in online (Applicant's Copy) (Admit Card) If the applicant is the son/daughter of a freedom fighter/martyr or the son/daughter of a freedom fighter/martyr, the certificate of freedom fighter and the relationship with the applicant by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipality Mayor/City Corporation Ward Councillor. Certificate issued by appropriate authority as per latest policy of Govt. Candidates employed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organizations must submit No Objection Letter from appropriate authority.

The applicant should mention his latest educational qualification in the application. If any information given or documents submitted by the candidate is proved to be false, false or fake or if any fake or fraudulent practice is adopted in the examination, the candidature of the concerned candidate will be canceled and legal action will be taken against him. The Authority reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any candidate who has passed the examination if wrong information/false documents are produced. If a candidate is not a citizen of Bangladesh, has been convicted of moral turpitude by a criminal court or has been dismissed from the service of any government or autonomous institution or local authority, then he will not be considered eligible to apply.
